The check-in-is at 4 pm, local time, the day of your reservation and you must leave at 10 am at the latest on your departure day, allowing us to make the cleaning and the usual maintenance of the house.
 

In case of cancellation, the following charges apply. (you will be given a receipt for your travel insurance).:

• 8 weeks or more before you go, 10% charge

• 4 to 8 weeks before you go, 50% charge

• Less than 4 weeks before you go, 100% charge.
   

Responsibilities: The owners and their agents do not accept any responsibilities for injuries, accidents, losses or damages to people or personal objects caused in any way, including the use of the swimming pool. Our guesses are informed not to leave any children without supervision around or in the pool.
 

It is highly recommended that our guesses have subscribed to a traveling medical insurance.
 

A 200.00 $ (US$) deposit is required to reserve a property. This amount will be use as a security deposit and will be sent back to your personal address after our management company had inspected the property.
 

The total amount of the rent is payable 8 weeks before your departure. 
 

A supplement to the cleaning is added to your bill for condos 65 $ and 80 $ for homes.

** The pool can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge of 140 $ (usd $) per week
